I like it because is very simple for use as an employee or manager in my organization (the benefits). The interface could have been better but not complicated at all! This software is very user friendly and I find it easy to navigate and use. I find that the software does a great job of tracking the status of my jobs. I like that you can set up reminders and alerts if an item is past due. I would like to have more options for creating custom fields. I would like to have the option to set a due date, instead of just a date. I would also like to have some way to track the cost of items that are past due.
