Easy ticket integration for multiple departments

The ability to easily integrate with other applications such as Jira and Slack helps us track all customer service opportunities from one system. You can also see what tickets are being worked in realtime which makes it easy to provide status updates/answers quickly to customers who may be waiting on you! None really. I don't think this software does too much more than others do so try different ones out before purchasing and make sure they meet your needs. We used to use Zendesk but realized…

Best solution if used together: ServiceRocket

The integration with Jira was very easy and quick. It's a very intuitive platform which makes it even easier. This tool is perfect for creating automated workflows in order to manage our projects effectively. With this tool, we can create automated workflows to ensure that we are always up to date with our deadlines. This is great for us as the management of our projects. The product itself was good but their customer service wasn't always great! They could have been more flexible when it came time change out some modules in order fit with my project's needs or requirements (at times). I would highly recommend them though because they are willing/able work together as partners instead of competitors which can be hard sometimes if you don’t know how each other operates from day 1 - this helped me tremendously during negotiations since there were multiple options

Great experience working with their team

Rocket helped us transition from one system to another (from JIRA to Asana). We needed a dedicated account manager to help guide us along the way. Rocket provided great service and was responsive to our needs. The customer success manager was fantastic as well! There wasn't much I didn't like. The transition was seamless. They are always willing to walk you through the process and answer questions you have along the way. Rocket took over the project management duties when our vendor went out of
