This was an additional purchase from our company. Can I buy a larger, cheaper bottle? Of course, but it gets cumbersome and messy. This bottle eliminates the need to measure and takes up little closet space. Simply squeeze and the flow of liquid stops automatically as soon as the portioned amount per charge is reached. The first bottle I received was leaking inside the box so I returned it for a new one. I just received a refund. The amount of detergent dispensed is not "pre-measured" to avoid wastage. It literally just flows into your car until you put it upright again. And the harder you press, the faster it pours out. I love the smell of This straight out of the bottle, but I wasn't obsessed with the way it smelled on my clothes. It takes on an almost musty patchouli scent, which I don't like. Someone said that you don't need dryers because they soften your clothes by themselves, and I don't agree with that either. I might consider trying again with a different flavor because I like that it's kind to the environment. In the meantime, I just use eco-friendly drying towels and I'm sure everything will be fine.
