16x20 Shadow Box: Extra Large Frame with Glass for Memorabilia, Photos, Awards - White Review

I love this eyeshadow box, it's beautiful and well made, it definitely meets my expectations for a beautiful piece on my wall.

The protective strip holding the glass has fallen completely, the glass is ready to fall out. I don't have time to return it, please let me know what can be done.

The glass was not attached. The wooden planks holding the jar in place were at the bottom of the shadow box! You have to put them in place. For the price, this is very poor build quality.

There are several broken wooden parts that were not attached. The glass doesn't stay in place because the 4 pieces of wood that are supposed to hold it weren't attached. The corner element was also broken.

Love it! It's perfect for what I need it for. One thing I noticed is that when the door is hung on the wall, it can hang a little low on the opposite side of the hinges. Luckily mine is for the counter.

Poor workmanship. Very thin. When receiving the front glass was shattered and the straps were torn off. The magnet holding the door is ridiculously small and cheap. Resilience is a joke! I wouldn't hang it up at home and wouldn't give it away! The price is outrageous for such cheap stuff!

The box has arrived and it is very light wood that does not survive shipping. Inside, the glass front was held up by four thin wooden slats, three of which dangled in the box. The back consists of a thin sheet of foam covered with burlap and holds the entire case to the wall. It's attached with thin (flexible) metal protrusions that are chicken soup. Very disappointed in this case. I needed this immediately so I had to use epoxy to put everything together including the cracked bottom panel…
