Definitely size up! Honestly it’s a good product of your going to wear it with some jeans or shorts or something with a thicker material it isn’t "seamless” the sticking that surrounds the pad is noticeable especially if your planning to wear it with a form fitting clothing like leggings or a body con dress it really does give you that extra 1/2 inch to make your butt appear more lifted but it’s not that uncomfortable but for my thicker lady’s don’t forget SIZE UP

Ok, so I purchased this to go under a fitted formal dress. I was skeptical because I had to sit for a while, as some formal events you need to. But it held up the whole Night! I wear a size 2-4 pant and purchased a medium.

Amazing the panties fit! Pads are perfect and very comfortable. The only negative is they don’t have a cotton panel in them. They also were delivered a week early. 👍 price excellent.

Love this product! Not only does it make your butt look larger but it gives it a nice shape. It is super comfortable to wear and does not show through your pants.

I wear a small panty and ordered a medium per the other reviews and these are almost a perfect fit. There is a little gap at the thigh but its fine.

If you have a bum already don’t order these. The pads are really close together so if you are already curvy but want a lift these are not for you (us) :). Makes bum look wierd and their is zero stomach support. Think these would work well for ladies on the thinner side.

Works well for what it's supposed to do. A little tight around the legs; no stretching. Had it less than 2 weeks and already had a minor rip just wearing them. Doesn't stay up on non flat stomach well. Overall satisfied with product though.

A bit small on fit. I ordered a size up. I'm happy with this product my pants are no longer hallow on the butt! That's my feedback!

Everything was good about this product, I just ended up not liking the fact that it is foam. I have used silicone inserts before and they looked way more real. Overall good product for the price

Runs very small. The lace part of the shorts will show up — any tight pants or dresses and you will likely see the lines there. It’s a little annoying to wash and remove the cups (like a bathing suit). It gives a natural, comfortable support and cushion, but it is not extreme so won’t seem fake or tacky

My butt is seriously ass-a-lackin. I got these today and they make a nice difference. The only negative I would say is they run small. I'm 5'7 and 161 pounds and ordered a large. The bands give me a muffin top on my waist and thighs.
