Description of SUS U V Shaped Stitching Groover Skiving Edge Beveler Leathercraft Tool Kit: Superior Leatherworking Essentials for Precision and Professional Finishing

An entry level tool for leather grooving and edge bevelling. Two different shapes make you skive leather freely. Work better with crusty, thick, not too thin and soft leather. Stainless steel material is uneasy to rust. Usage: with a ruler attached to the leather, hand fixed on the need slotted where this tool was a 20° with the ruler, you can move forward evenly.

Nice little tools

Nice, nice little tools. They do the job and can easily create the perfect seam, decorative groove, or even bevel an edge. To use it as a beveling machine, you must carefully perform several passes with great skill, but the bevel can be carefully controlled and controlled. Instructions are another lesson in unintentional translation humor.

Good tool for the money

Good tool for the money. Sharp and easy to use. Some thin metal just in front of the cutter head that bends easily, but be careful, that's not a problem. For the price can't complain, have had plenty of use and are still sharp. Not the best option for beveling, but it's pretty good for freehand cutting. I use them to cut V-shaped notches in leather folds and hand sew on the back of garments. I have better and more expensive tools but they are still widely available. If they break I'll probably…

Outstanding: Leathercraft

Here are some neat little tools. I bought them for a simple task; not something I usually do, but a request from a client. I half-expected that they would be brittle little things, but for the price I really didn't mind. I didn't really need them. When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. They turned out to be pretty strong stuff and cut ridges into my skin with ease. They are comfortable in my hands and very easy to control. All in all, these are very good tools, especially for beginners…

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Boring Packaging

So I fell in love with leathercraft and needed the tools for it.

So I fell in love with leather manufacturing and needed tools to get started. However, other companies will smother you with crazy prices for their tools that you can only get from them. except this product. Will he surprise you with his wooden handle and great looks? No, but he does his job and does it well. I've used this product on exceptional skin and trash (when I was training) and if you're having trouble cutting, it's you or trash skin. Would I buy again and for the price if it broke I…

Worth the price, be sure to read the entire review!

Note: Leatherworking is my main source of income, but these tools are better than expected. There is good and bad, hence only 4 stars. Good: They sent and received me quickly. They're sharp, sharp by my standards. They should work well on any tool leather, as well as any leather 3 ounces or larger with a reasonably steady hand. They will help improve the quality of work for less experienced edge cleaning tools. Not very good: I don't care about the profile they leave when beveled…

Sturdy tools that get the job done

These sewing grooves came in a small plastic bag with no markings which could give the impression that they are cheap and do not work. Contrary to the first impression, they appear to be very well made. Each tool is constructed from a strong piece of steel, heavy enough to inspire confidence in its strength, yet small and light for extended use. The large tool is big enough to be held like a pencil, while the smaller one doesn't quite reach. When used as a freehand flute, both make a nice clean

Pros
  • Arts, crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Slightly torn
