I can't wear these earrings. The container with the earrings contained all the black particles. I suspect the black particles came from the earrings. I'm not sure what the black stuff was, maybe the metal bits. But I'm definitely not going to make earrings out of it. They should be silver but they are dull gray.

I'm allergic to nickel and I can't wear earrings that contain nickel or it will cause an infection right away. I can wear surgical steel without any problems. These hooks cause an infection just hours after they're in my ears, just like nickel hooks. I even waited more than a week for the infection to heal completely and tried wearing it for a few hours and started pulling pus from the hole in my ear again.
