The product arrived today when I opened the box and found an important part was missing. Will be returned as this part is unusable without the missing part. There should be better quality control. The second time the product was correct and worked. Better quality control would have saved me the trouble of having to return and reshape the product. didn't account for my time to reship and changed my schedule to make it in time for the second shipment.

I was apprehensive about ordering this because it didn't say it would fit my specific model. I think the NV360Q was the first version, or at least an early version. The knob on the bottom of my original extension broke and wouldn't hold the hose attached to the vacuum cleaner. I am obsessed with my Shark NV370 so I was very happy to find an easy fix with this replacement wand and it works great! It took me a minute to figure out how to remove the accessory holder from the original to attach the new one, but all you have to do is twist the accessory holder counter-clockwise to unlock it, and then you can put it on the new wand and turn it clockwise. to lock
