Died after 2 years Good for Computer Components

The PSU works fine but just died after 2 years of use. So now I need to buy another power supply, this time I'll buy another brand to try.

Pros
  • Computers and Accessories
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Fraud! Maybe 350 watts. Definitely not 1000 and certainly not for gamers.

1000W should be enough to power two high performance graphics cards. This power supply has only 2 daisy chain power connections, which means that all power goes through one set of cables. That means you need a splitter to run a 3090 or even a high-end 3080. Do you think a cable has a large enough wire for that? No, the wire is so thin that the cable only heats up on ONE graphics card. If you want to operate two graphics cards, you can forget that, because the cable becomes literally shiny and…

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Low repairability

Very quiet as advertised, lots of power.

The only downside was that I would have liked more ports. I was only able to power a high-end graphics card with the power supply, even though my mainboard has an 8-pin EATX12v port and a 4-pin EATX12v port. The power supply only has two 4-pin EATX12v connectors. The motherboard and processor seem to be working fine, but problems may arise later on under heavy loads. I know the PSU has enough power for my hardware and a little more, so I think it's good. However, I may need to upgrade if I want

Pros
  • Internal power supplies
Cons
  • Good, but not great
