Doesn't heat towels very well. Only used it as a towel rail as we thought it would work and have already hung it. Disappointed. Looks good, that's all.

Looks good. It's hard to find an oil rubbed bronze heated towel rail that doesn't cost a fortune. I like that it can be repaired. However, it doesn't warm towels as well as heated towel rails I've used in the past.

Looks great! Good quality. Did some refurbishment, bought in March but was just able to hang it up so returning is out of the question as I'm already past the date. Damn, it doesn't heat well. If I could return it and try another one I'd be happy.

Bought two of these and additional wall mounting kits. They look good, are durable and easy to install. BUT they do not heat or dry the towels in the slightest. The bars get hot, but the design limits contact so towels stay cold and damp. Totally overpriced for the performance. Very disappointed.

Two of these installed next to the spa in an enclosed, unheated space for heating towels. The typical ambient temperature in a room in winter is 40 degrees Celsius (F), so having a warm towel when exiting the hot tub is a real treat. However, such heated towel rails must be turned on at least an hour before use, and even in this case the towels will not get very hot.

Product looks good and heats up but soils towels. I bought expensive towels to match the lovely towel rail we bought. After using the towel rail we found that it left marks on the towels. I contacted the manufacturer and their only advice was to use lemon juice and then salt to try and get rid of the stains. I wouldn't buy it again. I may need to put a clear coat or something similar on the counter to keep my towels from getting dirty.

We chose this design because our bathroom is small and my wife kept bumping into our freestanding towel rail. This design is very beautiful and it's rare to find a towel warmer with only four rails. However, the handrails do not get very hot and are so small that only the part of the towel that lies directly on the hanger is heated. I have 3 of these in my house now Some people have complained that they are not warm enough but I think they put out just the right amount of heat. They are not designed to heat the entire bathroom, just a towel or whatever you put on it to dry and warm up. Great towel warmer for a small area. I can fold a large towel in half and hang it on the top bar. Next to that I can put a washcloth (folded in the middle) and a towel (folded in the middle) under the washcloth. If there are only two of us in the house, that's ideal. Our towels dry well after bathing/showering. They no longer smell musty. It's warm to the touch, but to really burn you need to hold your hand on it for a while. We leave it 24/7.
