This product should be new but appears to have had a ribbon and elastic used to hold the packaging together. Also, the item didn't even work.

Product packaging was never opened, no batteries, letters were not folded properly. We have an old one from the same brand and it worked better than the new one. Very disappointed in the product!

This was the fifth electronic organizer I received that didn't work. I put in new batteries and it still doesn't work. I really need an organizer that works. If so, please let me know.

, I have had this organizer for over 5 years. It has served me well and contains everything I need. It has sections for numbers, dates, times, notes, and security features. The backlight is good, the battery life is excellent. The only complaint is that this model has been discontinued. The screen begins to lose a vertical line or two and becomes increasingly difficult to read. I had an updated model to export/import all my data. I would buy one again in a heartbeat.

The screen is big, the storage seems limitless, and the email, phone, expense, and to-do list features pretty much cover everything the scheduling feature doesn't.
