This shaving cream is fantastic and I will definitely buy it again. It's a very thick lather and I don't need more than a dab to shave. I find it a bit thicker than the shaving cream I used to use, although the stickers on the outside of the container make it a little cheap, but what's inside is what counts from my point of view.

Works great. A small ½ teaspoon and a few drops of warm water on a brush makes a good amount of whipped lather - enough for a main pass and a few pinpoint passes on my neck or other places where my beard grows sideways. I use a bowl and haven't tried lathering my face, but this one looks like you can. Nice minty nose; lots of lube. An expensive product, but very economical because it stretches when lathered.

On the other hand, this cream foams very easily and makes for a very comfortable shave. It also holds up well and doesn't take long to shave in two passes. On the other hand, it doesn't produce the normal "minty" tingling or tightness in my face, at least for me, and it has a chemical rather than minty scent to make it smell nice. The chemical smell doesn't last long though, so others might not mind too much. However, I think I'll probably go back to my regular Taylor of Old Bond Street…

Slipperiest shaving cream I have ever used. This is comparable to some grease-based shaving soaps. I have tried many shaving creams like TOBS (Taylor of Old Bond Street), Prorasso, Noxema, Palmolive and many more. This made for a very comfortable and close shave. I ended up buying another one. In terms of smoothness and performance, it's a 10 (a scale of 1 to 10). The price is a bit high (over $26 when I bought it).

I have tried different shaving creams over the years. You name it, I've probably tried. I ordered this product because of this line "The aroma of eucalyptus and mint awakens your senses." Unfortunately the fragrance does not match the description (in my opinion). I've used other shaving creams with these scents and never had a problem. The cream itself ensures an excellent shave. Cannot recommend the product due to the smell.
