I bought this mirror in 2012 and use it every day in the shower. It lasted 4 years before it just wore out, scratching the front and part of the back peeling off. good run I bought a new one as a replacement in January this year and was very disappointed. This mirror isn't truly "fog-proof". In fact, it's a small plastic plate the size of a large smartphone with a mirrored finish. The mirror will fog up and to remove the fog you need to unhook the mirror and hold it in the shower for a few seconds. This, of course, removes the fog, but then it's wet and you have to focus behind the water droplets. This is my second anti-fog shower mirror so I'm putting a small review on it. It doesn't stay misty for long and I have to rinse it out 4-5 times to warm it up when shaving since I shave my head too. I think the main reason it doesn't stay mirror clean and fog free is the buildup of hard water/scale that builds up on it in the shower. I will now use it 1-2 times a week when shaving in the shower and dry immediately afterwards. Another thing is they recommend brushing with toothpaste? DO NOT USE

This is anti-fog. If you "heat" it with water from the shower. The problem is that it doesn't soak up water well so you still can't use the damn thing as it's covered in little water droplets. I bought this product 8 years ago and I still use it every time I shave. I no longer use the suction cup that came with it, I can't remember the last time I had one. Still, I'm happy to give this mirror 5 stars. It hangs on a hook in the shower. When I've washed and rubbed my hair with soap, the mirror usually adjusts fairly well to the humidity in the shower. Great mirror! I have now bought 2. I have one at home in the shower and one when I travel (I use a suction cup hanger for my travel mirror).
