I read the reviews that the packaging was delivered open and incomplete and yet I thought "well, you never know, maybe that won't happen to me". Unfortunately, I was one of the unfortunate victims of this problem. The conditioner was obviously taken out of the packaging, and not only that, the serum box was open and the leave-in was open as well. Why does this keep happening with this product? I am so frustrated and disappointed because even when I saw the warnings I ignored them.

Okay let me tell you this stuff works wonders. Before using these products, my hair would fall out handfuls when I washed it. I was very concerned, my doctor told me to take biotin and collagen. Hair grew everywhere except on the head. This stuff helps my hair so much it's so moisturizing and my hair doesn't fall out in handfuls. At first I was a bit skeptical about the price and didn't know if it would work. I am 100% satisfied and I recommend it to anyone who needs to transform their hair.

This set is great for my often frizzy locks that are weighed down by heavier creams and oils. Wash, conditioner, a small amount of leave-in conditioner and some styling gel which is not included in this kit and lasts me for 3-4 days. Since using Shea Moisture products I have noticed less hair loss and breakage. No more overpriced Diva Curl products for me - I'll stick with Shea Moisture products from now on.
