terrible experience

We tested several times before opening our new branch. On the open day of all days, he simply can no longer work. First I plugged the base into the base, then pressed the appropriate button, but found that the base didn't work and neither did the receiver. I tried again, unplugging and plugging it back in to restart it, but it still didn't work. My entire group was upset with this car, as were dissatisfied customers.

We use this for our church kindergarten

This product is perfect for our needs. I can be in the hall and if my child needs me, they will come for me. It's a powerful vibration, but there's a little button on the side that you can use to turn it off so it doesn't buzz until you put it back on the charging dock. We also use it as security, you must return the pager to get your child back. This makes it easier for visitors and we don't have to look for parents during the meeting if they are needed. We love it!

TOTAL JUNK - not for commercial use. Maybe for churches with cribs. but NO restaurants!

I own a brewery and bought this system about 7 months ago and two pagers have already broken and now the other pagers are losing performance. This means they only work in close proximity to the charging/paging box they are inserted into. Previously, they worked in 20 meters. no way now. I contacted the company (in China) and they didn't reply. Maybe because of COVID. but still. Disappointed. Your best bet is to invest a little more money in something better (and maybe American).
