I am as picky as they come and was very hesitant to order a dress online. I ordered the 2X and it fit beautifully. There was some slight "puckering" on the hips but it was not very noticeable. You can see what I mean in the 2nd photo. I LOVE this dress and ordered the suggested accessories. I cut the band of the headpiece and just pinned it to my head. The costume pearls are excellent quality. The gloves did not fit well and I didn't use the earrings. I was still happy with both purchases.

The dress arrived amazingly quickly and it fit exactly as expected. I'm 5'7" and 195# and am a solid size 12 in clothes and would have typically ordered an XL but I was hoping for a looser, straighter silhouette to be more flapper dress like than body-con tight so went with an XXL. I ordered it last minute for a Halloween party, afraid it would be a throw away order and I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and well made this dress is! Ordered this dress as a bridesmaids dress for a 1920s theme wedding. Overall the dress is gorgeous and great for the price. Being tall (5’11”-6’) the fringe comes right to my knees with the liner being about an inch or two above the knee. I did buy the dress in xl to account for beading and how I may need to sit and stand. There is also a zipper on the side of the dress that is super smooth and hasn’t gotten caught on the fabric which is a major plus. Overall great dress.

I initially bought a medium (5’6” and 144lbs with a smaller waist) and found it too big, so I exchanged it for a small. I got the small and it does look better, but it’s not fitted at all like the picture. I wish I’d gone with something more stretchy and fitted.
