Great tool! for measurement and layout tools

Although it is metric, I use it every day. I wish I had been a little more thoughtful when I ordered it and received it in customs. It's very versatile and well thought out. Should last a long time.

Another specialty tool for measuring and marking

Plastic. However, this is pretty tough. It only survived the journey from Japan via Japan Post and the good old USPS with the protection of a brown paper bag. It's only in millimeters, so what - put an application on your phone to convert it. I find this is a useful companion to the rafter angle.
