Shock Doctor Mouthguard Exposure Bacteria Sports & Fitness Review

Torn back seam and has come loose. The case still closes like a regular box, but it's difficult to line up, and considering it's intended for my young daughter's night watchman (I needed something to help her not lose her mouthpiece), it looks now it looks like we'll end up with three separate maintenance parts. I usually like SD so some stars are cute anyway.

Love anything Shock Doctor related. They are very durable, have excellent value for money and a wide range of products. This one hangs on almost anything that has a loop. My son keeps it on his gym bag because he loses EVERYTHING and we haven't had to frantically search for his mouthpiece 20 minutes before practice. It also says closed even after being thrown from car to car or in the locker room or somewhere else. Really cool

Bought for a night guard to wear when I sleep. The guard I use is quite small. Photos of this item do not show the huge gaping hole made on its front. My defense is small enough to fall through the hole, so I can't use it. It is clear that the hole in the front is made for a football protector that attaches to the player's helmet. There was a start to the intention - Should have added to the description especially as they don't accept returns.

Said to fit Shock Doctor lip guard and mouth guard but I bought Shock Doctor Max Airflow lip guard and it doesn't fit me. It is not high enough and cannot be closed. Of course they won't let me return it so I lost my money although it's their fault it doesn't fit so fair warning. Other than that it's a nice case, love the airflow it offers. Although it seems easy to open, I wouldn't trust it hanging from a backpack. They should put a latch on or something.

This is not a two piece case with a real hinge. The top cap is glued to the bottom and "indicated" on a thin plastic tab. The top broke off after about 6 months, which is not surprising. So it ends up in the trash, like anything else that's designed for single use these days. Update: Shock Doctor contacted me and sent me not 1 but 3 replacements. Bought because I need to wear a mouth splint and need an extra case for it. It is durable but has a large opening at the front. I'm afraid my tire will slip so I sealed it with waterproof tape. Easy to fix. Might be a little too roomy (don't want my expensive device being pushed around and broken/cracked) but needs fabric lining. Another simple solution.
