🍊 Orange Strapless Youth Gel Max Mouthguard by Shock Doctor Review

My son loves the colors of this mouthguard. I had to trim the length and height a bit with scissors. After all that clean fitting, which only took 2 minutes, it fit perfectly. It seems to be for a small mouth and I can get that size until he's 7 or 8 years old. He is an average sized child for a 5 year old.

Bought for my 8 year old junior wrestler. Works great and has good protection. It's also easy to shape. Excellent purchase.

This mouthguard is too bulky for my 6 year old. Unfortunately, we generally like Shock Doctor products. I recommend looking for a less bulky shelter if you need it for a child.

Our son grinds his teeth. He's a kappa killer. I glued it to the lower jaw and then had to cut it off completely because it was still a bit big and too tight. However, it doesn't turn off this particular Guardian as quickly as some of the others we've tried. He is durable. Just make sure you have some really strong kitchen shears!
