After two full weeks of almost error free use, the remote and paging unit just won't stay connected. Our dog can be right next to us and the connection between the remote control and the box suddenly breaks regardless of the correct channel 1 setting and the remote control and collar are fully charged.

I received this remote control collar and it worked like a charm on my little barking dog. I just needed a sound feature to make her stop barking at other dogs. We really like this product! I have an 8 pound Yorkshire cat and the thought of electrocuting her terrified me. That's why we chose this one without the shock function, only with sound and vibration. I was skeptical at first, but this is PERFECT. I rarely have to use the vibrate function because she doesn't like the beep and automatically knows to stop what she's doing when she hears it. After moving I had to buy one for each of my cats. They seemed to think that the new house had new rules. It got to the point that on one occasion we even talked about the need to move home. We bought this after buying the shock version. Our other dog ate another dog's remote control and I didn't want to spend another $80. I also hate shocks and don't feel the need for them.
