Lightning deal received. (I have a gray version with 10 slots) it's huge! I just assembled it so I don't have much experience yet, but it looks like it will do the job well. Very easy to assemble even with not always well-functioning hands. There is a small discrepancy in the length of the poles. Just enough so that it is not flush with the floor. So there is a wobble. If I want to put it on the floor I need to put something thin under one side to align it. Anyway, I put it on a stand so that bumps aren't a problem. It even looks very nice. Very spacious. Bought as a present for a cousin about 8 months ago. She lives with several roommates and after visiting her home I realized that they really needed a little more room for her shoes. She and her roommates installed it fairly easily (within minutes) and were soon putting on their shoes. They have shoes of all shapes and sizes and when I came to visit I thought 25 pairs of shoes would be about right (5 pairs on the counter) so everything was as advertised.
