Shooters Choice Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution Review

My old military brass cleans perfectly in under 4 hours with stainless steel pins in a full jar. a saved solution to be reused with an added update. also a nice price for it.

In gun parts, chloride is a NO-NO. Checking the safety data sheet it appears that they use chloride in their solution. I do not / will not expose my weapons to chlorine. Great price but now I know why.

I use it to clean bicycle chains in the ultrasonic cleaner. I dilute with 2 parts water/1 part cleaner. It does an excellent job of removing all the dirt from the rollers. I can tell how clean a chain is by rinsing it in denatured alcohol to make sure there is no moisture on it. Since I lubricate my chains with wax and not oil or other liquids, it is important that the wax can penetrate the rollers. The bottom line is that it works.
