Shop Vac 30080 00 Filter Retainer Review

YES YES! it fits my shop vacuum cleaner. Bought a used vacuum cleaner. This part was missing, so dust was thrown up everywhere because the filter was loose.

Plug fits perfectly! I don't know where my old one went, but this one works exactly how I need it to. Glad they're still on sale!

I can confirm this fits Shop Vac brand # SE16-650C with desiccant cartridge 90304. Fits great and works as intended. Very satisfied, posted a photo for verification.

As with some other reviews, my mount was missing. I'm sure I can find an old one somewhere. Anyway, I took the advice of another reviewer (thanks Drew!) and it matches my signed Craftsman model which uses the gray bar filter 17884. The item arrived quicker than expected and the vacuum was back up and running. Don't run without it!

Fits my Craftsman Wet/Dry which I bought about 10 years ago. Eventually it broke loose from the bottom of the filter and was thrown into the trash can. I don't think it lends itself to anything new. The filter I bought for the vacuum was part #17884. The filter fits the vacuum cleaner models: 17920, 17921, 17922, 17923, 17929, 17935 and 17937. It is reasonable to assume that this bracket will work with these filters should work. on the above vacuum models.

I ordered it with a filter. The filter was there. The description of the filter does not indicate that it is included in the kit. It was then revealed that this Revain Prime purchase could not be returned due to unknown reasons. Again, I can't find anywhere in the description or on the page of this product that says "non-refundable". On the plus side, I now have two great vacuum cleaner dust caps instead of just one!
