My dogs are too crazy for any leash!

My Golden Retriever pulls so hard I have no other grip but the grip and I get scratches and cuts trying to pull it. I decided to tie knots to get some support at the bottom

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • So far so good

Excellent strong leash

Really good heavy leash. Bought the 20ft to walk my 90# dog on the beach. He can walk in the water if I don't want to get wet. I don't understand complaints about dogs chewing on him, I don't let mine chew on a leash.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Affordable, durable, lightweight and comfortable

I bought a 10ft leash. This reflective leash is perfect as we live near busy intersections where we take walks at night. The handle is roomy and comfortable for me and my husband. Our dog is an 85lb Pull Dog (Pit Bull Mix). He stopped pulling on that leash. It's great for our daily walks and weekend hikes and runs. We love that it's lightweight yet durable and strong.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Reliable

Great hooklink for training and behavioral aids

This is a great hooklink for the occasional pull. My husky is fine until he sees a human or other animal, then he pulls. The rope is a bit more flexible so your hand doesn't have to absorb the pulling force. The only thing I would like to improve is the grip. The soft foam cover is great, but the rope cuts through. I would recommend putting a small hard plastic cylinder on each end of the foam to prevent this.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Fits

Great strong leash!

Good leash that is easy to hold and I like that I can adjust the leash to fit my dog's harness. It's quite thick so buy the right length because it's not easy to stack it to shorten it for a walk unless you have fairly large hands or velcro to tie it. It has a comfortable grip and a little stretch - I always use a bungee leash to keep my dog's neck from jerking when he pulls on it. Would definitely buy again - a good solid leash or lunge!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Not sure

Strong and strong. - Training leashes

I have problems with my arms and it is a very nice thickness and weight. With regular use it has worked well. It's been catching on lately but doesn't seem to be unraveling or anything - it has a little thread sticking out (I'll cut it if I remember) but it hasn't unraveled, which is good. I use this for scent work, it would also be good for spotting newcomers or when a longer lead is needed. I would definitely buy again. I like that the 10ft length is much longer and it gets too much for me to

Very good lunging line for dogs!

I like the quality of the rope and the handle of this lunge line. I gave it 4 stars because it didn't live up to its choice of a leash clip on the end that attaches to the dog's collar. Unfortunately they went for a cheap clip which made such a nice rope and grip impossible. I will still use it but I need to replace the clip and hopefully I can sew and re-tie the end the way it came because the clip attachment looks great. I hope the manufacturer thinks about a better clip. I would happily pay…

Sturdy and highly visible, use it to teach BAT 2.0

Pros: - Seems very durable and should be able to handle my dog's twitches (although I've managed to keeping him so far below threshold) and triggering pretty far from it - we're trying to work on BAT 2.0 training!). The rope seems to have very little elasticity, so that should also help dampen wobbles. - reflective pattern is visible at night - soft foam handle feels comfortable if you plan on holding it (I loop it through my harness to keep my dog from escaping, so I just cut the foam off at…
