I love this bag! This is exactly what I needed! I really like this bag so I bought another one in black. The quality is excellent - the straps (long and short) are the right thickness and not flimsy at the fold points. The equipment is great. Zippers are heavy. Outside in the middle of the bag there is a zippered pocket and 2 small pockets on the sides of the bag. I like these keys and gate cards - easy access. I love this bag and will keep it but I really had to think about returning it. First let me say that the length of the strap is long enough to wear the bag as a crossbody bag. I actually like the smaller strap because it fits snugly on the body. I have not yet used the strap as a crossover. The outside pocket will fit a phone with a 5.2-inch screen, but if your phone is larger, it probably won't fit. Two zippered pockets on the sides are not very practical.
