I love this bag and will keep it but I really had to think about returning it. First let me say that the length of the strap is long enough to wear the bag as a crossbody bag. I actually like the smaller strap because it fits snugly on the body. I have not yet used the strap as a crossover. The outside pocket will fit a phone with a 5.2-inch screen, but if your phone is larger, it probably won't fit. Two zippered pockets on the sides are not very practical. The leather of this bag is beautiful and looks very nice. Cons for me: The leather in the picture looked a bit more flexible than it really is. The biggest problem I have is that the zipper at the top is about halfway through. So I need to straighten out the shape of the wallet and make it just enough for the zipper to close. That's the main reason I wanted to return the bag, but I hope I can live with that. It's not very big inside. I carry two hard goggle cases with me and they can be placed on the bottom either side of the zippered center panel which helps stabilize the ground. Inside there is a large zipped pocket and the center zipped compartment is quite roomy. The two open pockets are very deep and the smaller one is really hard to get out of when it's at the bottom of the pouch.
