Just tried it last night which always takes a few nights to get used to such products. So far, so good. I'm glad to know that I can remove some of the foam if it seems too plump. Look forward to the future restful sleep on it.

These pillows are great because you can open them up and give them the firmness you want. Yes, I buy them because I can customize them to my liking. Memory foam pillows are often too firm for me. But since I can remove a few handfuls of stuffing, they're perfect for me.

Received them yesterday and how happy I am about it! I ordered them with other non-memory foam pillows for $5 less and now I regret buying 2 pairs of these! They are really comfortable with great firmness and feel heavy and full but soft. The way flat pouches inflate before your eyes is the pinnacle of technology! Wonderful. I will probably never buy pillows without memory foam again! ITS WORTH IT!

I bought these pillows for guests. One arrived with a torn seam a few days before my guest's arrival. Support sent me a new kit quickly and free of charge and had no problems with it. Can't comment on durability as I've only been using it for a little over a month. My guest said the pillows are very comfortable. My husband liked them so much he got one for himself and threw away one of our old pillows. In terms of comfort, they are excellent for the price.

This is very valuable. Budget. Absolutely comfortable. They're tightly packed, but you can remove some of the foam for your convenience. At first it smells light. I took mine out of the pillowcase and let it air out overnight. What's really funny is that my two pillows from the same pack had different fillings. Both had shredded foam, but one had cotton materials incorporated into the foam. I can't really tell the difference, so whatever.

I am very picky about pillows. Ideally I would like a soft and fluffy pillow. I've loved down feathers in the past, but the ones I like cost over $100 a pillow. When I got this pillow, I immediately wanted to sleep. Although convenient, it was too crowded for me. The next day I bought a zippered pillowcase and took the foam out of each pillow until I liked it. I COULD MAKE THE THIRD PILLOW. My kids often steal it because they love it too. I bought a similar pillow and really liked it. I'm one of those people who bring their own pillow to hotels and accidentally forget it. I couldn't find the same anywhere. I bought the first set of these pillows and love them even more, I bought another set for my guest bedroom. After my parents stayed a few nights they wanted to know where I bought them and what brand they are. Of course I bought a set right away. Highly recommended, I have a genetic connective tissue disorder and a neck injury
