Excellent wireless microphone system

I love these mics and have several in my rack. The BLX24R/SM58 offers excellent value for money. The sound quality of this wireless system is identical to that of the wired SM58. This means no loss of sound quality due to wireless transmission. With the right antenna distribution and frequency scanning, there are no problems with radio interference or frequency drops in our performances. In addition, the batteries in the BLX2 capsule last a long time - at least for two properties.

Pros
  • Microprocessor controlled internal omnidirectional antenna
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

I finally have real microphones and I'm glad I chose these

We finally had enough cheap mics in a church setup I oversee and I went for something like quality, to expand the setup and replace the cheap setup that was used. Installing 4 of these in the setup and the pairing function between the microphone and the receiver was a BREEZE. Super duper simple and absolutely high quality. The microphones have an amazing range, they can be used in back rooms up to 200 feet from the receiver and through walls. We paired them with a Shure UA844+ antenna splitter…

Pros

Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

This is a steal for the price. That really made me think it was a typo. I believe the model I had before was the UX series .except there was a small LCD screen on the mic that showed the remaining battery life.Otherwise there isn't much of a difference here.Of course you get the same old reliable SM58 mic that you never have to worry about breaking The only reason I change my UX is when I can't find a replacement mic for it because the buttons on it are broken and I can't change the frequencies

Pros
  • 1/4" and XLR audio outputs
Cons
  • Crumpled
