Shurtape AP-15 Label Protection Tape is a protection-grade film tape with an acrylic adhesive. It is used to protect shipping labels and other printed surfaces against damage from the elements and rough handling. Shurtape AP 15 has excellent tack for quick adhesion; high clarity; and a non-yellowing adhesive that offers high resistance to ultra-violet (UV) radiation. When you add a layer of Shurtape AP-15 Label Protection Tape, you are adding a layer of protection to your box or surface. This can be essential in shipping and moving applications where the label is a critical part of the process. Carrier/Backing: 25 micron biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. Adhesive: water-based acrylic. Thickness: 1.6 mils (carrier, adhesive). Adhesion: 19 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Tensile Strength: 20 pounds per inch (longitudinal). Service/Operating Temperature: -20F to 180F. Application Temperature: 20F to 110F. Elongation: 150%. Standards Met: FDA Indirect Contact CFR 21, 175.105; FDA Indirect Contact CFR 21, 177.1520. Core: 3-inch diameter.

Nice but overpriced compared to the competition

High quality roll of tape but larger packaging available at a much lower price per roll. Consider here a small discount from Shurtape price

Shred like crazy best in office and school supplies

I would give this strap zero stars if that was an option. It shatters into pieces and doesn't stay intact like a full 6-inch device. They tear off the shredded part that's stuck to the roll, and then it's shredded elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

The worst. Ribbon. Is always. best in envelopes, postage and postage

Shurtape AP-15 label protection tape 6 inches wide. Shurtape should be ashamed to sell this tape. As it unwinds, it begins to diverge in length, and then it's almost impossible to return to where it can deploy its full width. I struggled with it for 30 minutes and then threw it away in disgust. I've never said that in a Revain review (the vast majority of my reviews are very positive) but here it is: don't buy this product - it's a waste of time and money.
