VERY DISAPPOINTED! The delivery was quick and the packaging was great. I really liked the color chart, but wish the tokens were numbered as well so they can be easily put back in the tray (in the correct order) if lost. The product looked amazing and I was thrilled to get the color. The first marker I used was great. It was light pink and the ink flowed smoothly. I received my pens a day or two ago and the first thing I did was make a color chart which was very similar to the one that came with it except mine had a box next to each color number and name for the swatches on which had paper . what i will use. (Note: I also had to number each pen to match the chart.
