The slide is too loose.

The concept is good, but the slider is so loose that he pulls it out of his pocket and reading the readings doesn't work. There should be enough friction to hold it together and let it read. But a good size.

Pros
  • Scale
Cons
  • Protection

Good Price for Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

It's not a very good tool, it's a bit rough around the edges, but I paid $8 for it and it's worth it. I carry this in my bag for work and it's great if you just want to get decent measurements without lugging around flimsy calipers or micrometers. If you know how to use the markings on the main body of the screw you can get to 0.1mm fairly reliably.

Pros
  • Kitchen and Dining Room
Cons
  • Nothing Here
