Side Marker Turn Signal Light Review

Not that easy to assemble as the plug not only "snapped" into the socket but once after final insertion. Works perfectly.

Once installed they look great but be aware they are not very expensive and it shows in the build quality. although the price is good

Very quick and easy installation. The plug is actually a copy of the 194th bulb's socket, which you remove to plug in. It's not waterproof at all so I used heat shrink tubing to seal the connection. Fits perfectly and the light works great.

These side marker lights were such an easy mod for my 2001 E39. The darkened headlights help clean up the look of the car and the bright amber turn signals look amazing. If BMW were to include these options immediately, BMW drivers would be encouraged to use their turn signals.

They are half an inch shorter than the stock e83 X3 side markers but fit like a glove. It's really bright and looks really cool. At first glance it looks like you'll have to cut and splice wires, but no - just take the bulb out of the case and insert the connector as if it were a light bulb, and boom! Excellent purchase.
