Good aftermarket replacement

Quality cover and well made. It was a suitable replacement for the original cap. It came with a bleed port which my original cap didn't have, but that wasn't a problem.

Bleeder Won't Screw Into Cap

It works, but the small bleeder that comes with the kit won't screw into the hole. The thread was frayed at the end so I couldn't thread it into the cap and didn't want to force it since the plastic is so light. Luckily I was able to take the same piece of OEM cover and swap it out and you could tell the original plastic was much heavier and better quality. Not a big deal, but quality control should be an issue as it should be easy to spot at the factory.

Fits perfectly, assembles quickly, build quality, but.

The cap is made from OEM materials and fits perfectly. I even used it as a class moment with my teenage daughter on how to replace the cap and rotor. She didn't have too much trouble putting everything back in place and fastening the buttons. Well oh but. I ordered this cap without a rotor, thinking I would buy a rotor at a local marine store that didn't have stock. I wanted to order the rotor separately but the shipping cost made it too expensive.
