I had two of these before and used one to ship a portable hard drive to someone in Iraq and it arrived and worked perfectly. I have 3-4 different hard drives that I slide in and out of the hard drive dock and use these cases to store them when not in use. I also use one with a foam insert to store my WD 1TB Passport portable drive that I carry with me for my laptop. It's a bit bulky, but it still fits in my laptop bag and I'm not worried about damaging the drive. Great product, very good price…
