Sifts bran quickly and easily!

Bought this set to sift bran from fresh flour. I love making sauces and puddings, but the bran gives them a grainy texture. Now I can make smooth sauces and save the bar for other uses! The sieve is very efficient. I find no noticeable bran in my sifted flour, and the bran left in the sifter contains no noticeable flour.

Good quality colander

I like this colander. I bought it to sift the flour so it's fluffy and bug free. Sometimes you don't notice when you buy flour with flour beetles. It's amazing, very good quality. I was so afraid it would be flimsy as per some reviews. But yes of course if you are sifting stones or I'm not sure I want to make it brittle yet. It is very firm and stretches very well.
