Sifts bran quickly and easily!

Bought this set to sift bran from fresh flour. I love making sauces and puddings, but the bran gives them a grainy texture. Now I can make smooth sauces and save the bar for other uses! The sieve is very efficient. I find no noticeable bran in my sifted flour, and the bran left in the sifter contains no noticeable flour.
