Great price for an Art Series lens. Not only is it great for macro photography, but thanks to its large aperture and close-up focus, it can capture really impressive photos of flowers and wildlife with an impressively shallow depth of field. It quickly became my most used lens.

I really enjoy using this lens. I considered the much more expensive Sigma 50-100, but it's that heavy and also three times larger. Instead I got this one. I'm glad I did! It weighs just over a pound and is comfortable for extended wear. Its autofocus is fast and almost silent in normal situations like portraits. As a 70mm portrait I am very satisfied!
