These slip-on, lace-up, tongue-less "running shoes" are a great remedy for foot pain and a great value. They can make strides easier and get them right, although if the shoes are too loose and you may need to walk or walk long distances, you may need to tighten the laces a bit. I've trained in them and while their softness tends to slide inside out, they remain comfortable when walking and running. The only thing I'm not sure about is the durability of the outsole as the outsole feels soft…
