Silhouette Glossy Permanent Vinyl 6 Feet Review

Purchased to make a Starbucks Dodger mug.

As you can see from the picture the silver I just received looks nothing like the picture. I needed a very metallic chrome/foil as silver is like your picture looks. It's actually a matte gray metal, similar to brushed steel. I can't use it at all. I contacted the seller to give them an opportunity to change my rating. Let's see what they say.

I bought this because it was a little cheaper than Oracle but it's so much worse! First, it is very "thick" and difficult to bend when weeding. Also, it doesn't seem to stick to the substrate very well (it's very slick) so I had to make 3 designs to completely remove one to keep it from sliding off during the process. I will try to return this scroll and buy the oracle I originally wanted.

I'm new to this business and I messed up a lot of things BUT by mistake not the material. This is by far the worst material I've ever worked with, it's awful to weed even when it cuts. I tried different thicknesses, material settings and on each of them if they got stuck somewhere. Garbage, garbage, garbage, PLEASE SAVE MONEY, DO NOT BUY. This vinyl (if you can call it that) will make a newbie give up before they even get the hang of it (I almost got it lol).
