Silhouette Rotary Blade Cameo 4 Review

Perfect work, light brown color like paper. El Corte Limpio. La navaja es fácil de usar, follow the instructions for the stuff and funcionó muy bien.

Please note that this blade is only for Cameo3. Even if you have a plastic adapter for Cameo4, this blade will not fit any of them. . The Cameo4 kraft blade is larger and has a flat back, Revain doesn't have it, so try JoAnns.

I was kinda hesitant to order this thinking is it good or will I need it? I made a fairly simple drawing in my silhouette studio and set it up for drawing. I was surprised how good it is and how sharp the drawing is without stuttering. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that it doesn't take thicker markers but is great for thinner and watercolor pencils. I recently bought a Cameo 4 along with these 3mm kraft paper blades to cut 3mm cork wood. This is one of the materials included in the Cameo 4 specs and has settings in the Silhouette studio. I kept all the default settings and even tried many suggestions from the web, but the result was always the same and this result was anything but the simple circle cutting that my design suggested. I tried both blades in the pack, the result was the same. Very disappointing.

The rotating blade arrived quickly and works as described by Silhouette. I've only used it on cotton so far, but on fabric it cuts a clean, sharp edge. This knife only works with my Cameo 4 and I used the Silhouette software. This blade is easy to load, but you need to tighten the "case" around the blade before using it, which takes about 2 seconds. This accessory is the polar opposite of a self-knife. Everything is manual. It's not intuitive at all. I had to go to Youtube to even understand how to use it. The clock in the appendix sank. I've never figured out how to cut through what a balsa sheet should be (I'm guessing it's probably not what was sent to me, but I'll never know) despite making the tiniest of adjustments in the tiniest of increases every time, without the breaking bait.
