Very easy to clean, just rinse under some water. Didn't know how much dirt can come off the tongue until I bought it. When my son grows up I will get him to use them. Works amazing.

All the reviews seem so intense. This is a tongue scraper, it cleans your tongue. Reviews that it is "too brittle" or "thin" raise concerns. How much dirt do you have on your tongue? It's a tongue, not a boat bottom, it doesn't need a wire brush. Just buy it and breathe better. Good luck with your gag reflex.

As a dental hygiene student I would recommend it to patients again, it gets the job done, affordable and handy for dexterity.

Easy to use, works as advertised, cleans dirt very well, doesn't feel like I'm trying to cut my tongue off or anything. Although I don't think these things are meant to be put back on the tongue, otherwise you shut up with them. I'd say that gets 90% anyway.
