These shapes are very difficult to fill accurately because they are so small. I tried filling them with chocolate using a piping bag but there were still bubbles in the letters. It was also difficult to remove the letters, many of which broke. I think the mold is too small unless you're casting something very, very hard.

I used this product to make personalized chocolate bars. The letters were a little hard to see when filled with air bubbles. I just knocked on the tray to get something. After a while the letters jumped out of the fridge. No sticking. There were no markings on the inside of the letters so it was easy.

It's hard to fill the letters with chocolate and when you think you've done a good job and it's time to take them out there are little spots left where the chocolate is I didn't fill them in, I was very careful to take them out, they can easily break. I've been trying to get decent emails for two hours and they all came out bad. I don't think I'll ever use this again so waste of $10 basically

They come out so clean. I don't know why other people have trouble with this, maybe they need more time for the chocolate to cool down since it's a thick space. I like it, it's much easier to decorate cakes and strawberries with it. It's the perfect size for a medium sized strawberry. In the picture you can see my thumb compared to the size of the letters.

I was afraid this would make the letters too big for my strawberries but they are perfect. I've only recently started selling chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day and this will be a nice touch for me to set myself apart from the other local vendors. They're hard to clean, just like any other rubber mold you use for chocolate, so that's to be expected. Definitely the cheapest and fastest option!

I was very hesitant to purchase this product because of all the bad reviews but I just took the plunge and bought it and I'm so glad I did have done! It's that easy to use. I added the melted chocolate to the silicone mold using a disposable decorating bag, scraped off the excess chocolate and then popped it in the freezer for a few minutes. It was so easy to squeeze out the chocolate letters. I wasn't even gentle, and the letters still came out in one piece! Such a good buy!

Just used mine with Candy Melts for the first time. Taking out the letters was very easy! Here are some tips: - After filling the mold with chocolate, bang it against the counter. Hit it hard on the table to release air bubbles. Since these are small letters, bubbles can get stuck in the corners very easily and ruin the shape. Make some letters. You never know when you're going to screw up. Because the forms are so small and closely spaced, overflow is inevitable. Remove any crowded areas…
