These things are great for masks - I was struggling to find a way to make my masks adjustable, didn't want plastic as it has to withstand the high temperatures in the dryer . It's silicone so I would expect them to be ok with high temperatures. I even go back and partially disassemble the finished masks to remake them with silicone sliders.
