I love them anyway. Not so sure at first. I kept linking to the Revain image until I got it. I pull it through the circular loop, then cut off the ends of the loop and tie a knot so it won't slip out in the wash.

Used these on face masks I made for friends so they could adjust the ear loops. Worked great. Not too big. perfect size Soft rubberized material does not cause discomfort behind the ear. I've found that a really tiny hook works best by threading an elastic loop through the cord lock.

I really liked these buttons. I had to find an easy way to insert the elastic. There was something like an invisible bobby pin in the kit, but I prefer a flexible needle threader. First make sure you thread the elastic through the larger hole. Then grab the needle threader and pull. I wear gardening gloves or quilting gloves to get a good grip and pull the elastic through with ease.

I've been sewing a ton of masks and it's impossible to get the right fit - who knew how different face/head sizes are!?! These buttons are perfect for creating an adjustable fit. The kit includes a small tool that looks like a stealth and is used to pull the rubber band. It takes a bit of muscle strength to do this, but if the elastic was not tightened, the clasps would fall off. However, you will definitely need this little tool. I was happy with the product!

Product is soft and stays in place. Perfectly washed and tumble dried. Great for masks, if your earloop is too big for kids, use it to tighten. There were no instructions or anything to attach the rope to. You must purchase this separately. In a bundle I used the smallest and second to last size hex tool to push the 1/8th rubber through.
