When I first opened the package, I was a bit skeptical about plugs. This fear disappeared as soon as I used corks for the first time. They work GREAT. I've had other similar plugs in the past that I had to fiddle with to close them. But not this one. When you put it on the sink drain, it immediately started holding water. Holds water for over 24 hours when tested over the weekend. I would recommend them to friends or family.

They were larger than I expected. Approximately 5 inches wide. I was impressed because my bathtub drain has a metal tab that sticks out in the middle to sit on the metal drain plug and they provide a tight seal. Even on an old bathtub with partially worn paint. .My only complaint is that the handle is too short in the middle to get a good grip, so I have to poke something under the rim to break the seal and remove it. But no more wasting water in the tub!

We've tried everything. I bought 4 different types of plugs hoping to find one that I could run around with and hold a sink of water in the kitchen of our rented home. The standard plug should work, but the connection to our garbage chute is a bit dated and twisted. These stoppers work great. And the fact that you have two let me use one in the laundry tub too. It's hard to believe that one can be so excited about such a small purchase, but I'm thrilled with this one.

I often travel to countries where sink and bath/shower plugs are rare. They hardly take up any space in your luggage and make filling the sink for washing dishes or laundry very easy. They also make great bathtub/shower drain covers that sometimes let spiders and other creepy crawlies into my bathroom when I'd rather not. I'm sure they have many other uses in the US as well, but my favorite thing is to take them with me on international trips.

Excellent little things. I was worried they wouldn't work because our drains are close to the edge of the tub, but they work with no problems. Some people say you have to hold them for a minute when you start the water. This is not my experience. As soon as you put them in, they are sucked up and no water comes through. I also have a 2 year old who has had multiple baths with them and they have never been accidentally removed. Again, they're great and I'm glad we switched to them.

I bought this because I was fed up with our traditional kitchen sink plug that wouldn't work unless you put it in the perfect position. I bought a small colander that fits the hole in our kitchen sink and use it on it. They are bigger than I thought but they work great! I have no problem moving them once they're in place, and they lift up easily when I'm ready to empty the sink. The metal plug/strainer in my kitchen sink is going through a slow and painful demise. You know where everything seems fine, but the water is slowly flowing down the drain. I now have the screens in place and these plugs are large and flexible enough to fit over the screens and hold the seal to keep water out of the drain.
