Simba Lighting Dimmable Floodlight Landscape Review

I only checked 3 of these a few times. They are bright (brightness not confirmed). However, by simply plugging the block in (that's how the block turns on/off) I lost 3 of them (and no light was dropped or hit). When removing a burned out lightbulb I had either 1 or 2 of them breaking the ceramic end off the glass. So I bought them for the price and other reviews but I will not recommend these lamps.

this lamp was in our wall light. and it burned down many years ago. I didn't really think I needed a light source, so I basically gave up looking when I saw the lightbulb. Then one day I just searched Amazon for crazy words like "tube light" or something and found this. ordered them with trepidation, not yet knowing if they would be right or not. but they arrived on time and worked like a charm.

Fits and works flawlessly so far. I've read a few other reviews complaining about the quick burnout but nothing of the sort so far. These bulbs were a downgrade from the 500W replacement bulb, but the difference in lamination isn't even noticeable. A month has passed and no problems. Given the price and ease of replacement, it's not a problem if they don't last as long as the original bulb, but we're only a month old so it's difficult to gauge durability. Purchased for a vertical lamp - double checked to ensure all voltages/watts and other specs are correct. When I put the bulb in, I immediately noticed that it's not as bright as our originals, but it works. As the days passed, the lightbulb grew dimmer and dimmer. I finally decided to replace it and when I removed it the bulb itself was completely black inside. I'll replace it with the same one (as it came in a box of 5) and try again to make sure the first bulb was just an accident. I will try

I have no problems with the product. I have a "warm" color temperature and the light replaced was a different, colder color temperature light, making it appear darker. but I doubt that much is the case. It replaces the light in the bedroom ceiling light, which is used little because there are lamps in the room that are used as often or more often. For this reason, too, I can't say much about the durability, although I've been using it for a few months now without replacing it. The halogen lamps

The first two tubes installed only lasted 5 or 6 weeks, probably less than 10 hours total. They were installed in my garage/shop at the end of April and broke down the first week of June. Both had broken threads. Installation was carefully done while wearing gloves to avoid getting oil on the glass from your fingers.
