Good quality but poor holding mechanism

The phone holder easily knocks off the base and keeps falling. The base and holder are strong, but the mechanism for connecting the holder to the base is inconvenient. While I was cycling, the holder fell out along with the cell phone, fortunately the cell phone was not damaged.

Pros
  • STABILITY ON THE BICYCLE: Adjustable strap with narrow thread and nut fixes the handlebar securely. Regardless of the terrain, it keeps the handlebars secure and stable without wobbling and is also easy to remove. A free Allen key is included in the package.
