Helps heat a very large tank

We have a very large tank and a 75-100w bulb just isn't heating enough. The 150w bulb helped keep half the tank at 85 so it does the job well and the price couldn't be better

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • No form required

Perfect heat for my ball

I use these with Flunker's graduated heat lamps and they are absolutely perfect! No fire hazard as I was worried about no light being emitted, it's amazing! I use two of these in my bedroom and I'm sensitive to light while I sleep and it's not a problem for me! My snake is more active and happier with them!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Some issues

Keep my turkeys warm!

Expecting -20F to -30F with a few more days of cooling. I also have 2 turkeys and 2 silkworms that lay about 40 eggs outside in a dog igloo. Needless to say, I was concerned. After testing them at -5Β°F, this bulb has an igloo around 75-80Β°F and my girls are comfortable. All other barns and areas that currently require heat lamps stay warm enough and I feel better when my animals are comfortable and safe. I'm quite happy with the warmth without the red glowing light.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
