I ordered two different kinds of it. The Animal version has a cotton top and fleece pants, while the Elk/Polar Bear version has a fleece top and bottoms. The only reason I bought them was because they were all advertised as full fleece. I am extremely disappointed.

Feedback update is good material, there will be wool material on the fabric after the first wash, I think hand wash will be good. Consider this before purchasing.

These are the perfect pajamas for toddlers. My son gets very hot when he sleeps but they are so breathable he doesn't care! Didn't shrink after the first and second wash.

The top is cute and the bottom is oddly shaped pants made from discount felt and reminiscent of a sewing project in your 7th grade where you sewed pajama bottoms.

The appliqués on the shirts are so large that the entire inside of the shirt is lined with spiked design lining instead of soft fleece. It also makes the front of the shirt stiff. I'm sending it back and just looking for a hardtop for fodder.

Loved the quality of these fleece pajamas. I have bought other fleece pajamas from other brands and the material was so thin. The only thing that confuses me is that the patterns on the top are so big you can feel the stitching inside. My son complained about being kinda rude but I just slipped a shirt under him so he stopped complaining about it lol. Would definitely buy again

My boys love these pajamas they want to wear them 3 days in a row now they are 5 years old they weigh 43lbs I have twins. They seem to be the right size.

I live in South Carolina and my grandchildren live in Ohio. Bought these Carter pajamas for my 3 year old grandson's birthday. My daughter loves the characters, the color and most importantly the quality of the Carter clothes for her kids. I plan to buy other characters for the rest of the kids.

My son loves dinosaurs and loves these pajamas. He is tall and thin, he is 3.5 years old. I ordered a size 5t and they are long with plenty of room to grow but they stay on his waist so he can still wear them. The shirts don't feel as comfortable as some other two-piece fleece pajamas. These pajamas are easy to put on and take off by yourself and are very warm. All in all it was a great purchase and if he needs more warm pyjamas, I hope there will be more!

My child has minor sensory issues and finding pajamas has been a lifelong struggle. My son doesn't wear tight clothes and unfortunately all pajamas for young children are very tight (I understand for safety reasons). I was so excited when I found them because the shirt and pants are loose fitting, you usually find loose pants but not shirts. These are the only pajamas I buy. And bedtime is no longer a drawn-out struggle. So sad that 5T isn't available now, it's starting to outgrow 4T.

Very cute graphics; our child loved her. fleece bottom, beautiful. The main problem is that after several washes the tops curl up into fluffy balls and my son's skin is itchy and has a rash. I've tried removing the pills with a lint remover but they keep popping up even after hours of wearing. We have stopped using tops and they are no longer in the return window.
