I have been using plain micellar water for many years and I like it but not anymore since the formula was changed. It smells like it's just sugar and water (I think it really is). I noticed that immediately after applying it to my face it felt dry and not moisturized as usual. I also took my hand filled with water and ran it over my face and noticed some sticky foam residue from the product. The face now looks like a dry pancake filled with syrup. Do not buy.

I don't know if this is a complete ingredient change for all Simple's micellar cleansers in all markets (UK, US, Canada). There are other reviews with their photos comparing different ingredients between this new micellar water and the old one. Quarantine has inspired me to take care of my skin. Bought this cleanser and makeup remover. After two cotton pads soaked in micellar cleansing water, my makeup was completely washed off! It was very refreshing and gentle on the skin. I have not noticed any breakouts caused by the product and see myself in a position to repurchase this item.

I loved the original Simple micellar water and have been using it for a number of years, but they have completely changed the formula and the ingredients are completely different. This new formation is complete bullshit. Burns, causes acne and doesn't clean as well as the original.

This is a new formula that makes skin sticky and rough. There is also a slight odor. Unfortunately, the brand lost a customer as a result of this change.

DO NOT BUY THIS. The ingredients are fundamentally different from the plain micellar water you can buy in stores. The texture is sticky on the skin and immediately stung when I cleaned my face with it. My skin felt dry and irritated after washing my face. The packaging is completely different, it seems that this is not the same product.

I've been using simple micellar cleansing water for a long time and for some reason this product I just ordered smells like perfume. I don't know why this one is different, but one of the reasons I buy Simple is because I can't use anything flavored. Unfortunately this is giving me a headache and I won't be able to use the two bottles I just bought. Very disappointed.
